Terms Conditions

Payment

Deposit must be paid within 5 days of booking. This is non-refundable.

Balance is payable by cheque up to 7 days before hire or by cash or card on the day. No other methods of payment will be accepted on the day.

Cancellation by Us for our organised individual day trips -

We will only cancel trips due to unforeseen circumstances which are outwith our control. If we have to cancel our trip we will refund you in full.

Cancellation by You for our organised individual day trips -

If you wish to cancel your booking you must inform us as soon as possible. Cancellation charges may be payable. Please see cancellation charges.

Cancellation charges

• Within 48 hours of trip departure, no refund will be given.
• 48-72 hours before trip departure, 50% refund will be given.
• 72 hours and above, full refund will be given.

Cancellation charges for minibus rental

• 20% deposit is retained if a minibus rental or group booking is cancelled.
• If the balance on a rental is not paid prior to the six week deadline then the company reserves the right to cancel the rental and retain the deposit.
• If cancellation has been received less than six weeks prior to the rental date the following will apply:
• 41-28 days before rental = 75% of the balance returned.
• 27-14 days before rental = 50% of the balance returned.
• 13 days or less = 0% of the balance returned.

Passenger conduct

The driver reserves the right to refuse any passenger transportation if they feel they are unfit for whatever reason or are causing distress to the other passengers in an unacceptable manner.

Breakages

The person who placed the booking will be held responsible for any breakages or damaged cause by any passenger/passengers.

Sickness in Vehicle

In the event of a person vomiting in the vehicle a charge of £100 will be incurred to cover valeting and for the vehicle being out of service.

Seatbelts

Seatbelts are provided and should be worn by all passengers.

Personal Items

We will not accept liability for any lost or stolen personal items during hire of the vehicle.

A strictly no smoking policy and no alcohol policy applies in the vehicle.
